[ 01 ]

Challenge

The checkout added friction at every step, with a 42.75% abandonment rate. Evino also needed a foundation ready for omnichannel.

[ 02 ]

What I did

I simplified the journey into three steps: cart and login, address, payment. Buying now took 4 clicks and under 3 minutes. I built a modular architecture with multiple payment methods, real-time support and personalized recommendations.

[ 03 ]

Result

4.7% conversion, sustained over 3 months of post-launch tracking, above the e-commerce average.

[ What I learned ]

Simplifying isn't just cutting steps. The four clicks only worked because the foundation was modular: we could slim down the journey today without blocking what Evino wanted to build next.
